Terms &
Conditions.

Effective date: 25 August 2026

Important: PipLynx is a software tool for managing stop-loss protection on eligible MT5 trades. It is not financial advice, a signal service, a broker, or a promise of profit.
01

Acceptance and eligibility

These Terms govern your access to the PipLynx website, alpha portal, downloads, software, updates, documentation, and related services (together, the “Service”). By creating access, submitting account details, downloading, installing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. You must be at least 18 years old, legally able to enter a contract, and permitted to trade and use automated trade-management software in your jurisdiction and under your broker’s rules.

02

What PipLynx does

PipLynx monitors eligible trades and may place or modify protective stop-loss levels according to its configured rules. PipLynx does not guarantee that a stop will be placed, modified, filled, or executed at a requested price. Market gaps, slippage, spread changes, latency, disconnections, broker restrictions, platform errors, insufficient margin, symbol specifications, and other events can delay, alter, or prevent protection.

03

No financial advice or profit guarantee

The Service does not provide personalised investment, financial, legal, tax, or trading advice. Information, demonstrations, backtests, examples, and performance figures are illustrative and are not promises of future results. Trading leveraged products can result in rapid and substantial loss. PipLynx does not guarantee profit, prevent every loss, or make any trade risk-free. You remain solely responsible for every trade, lot size, account, broker, setting, and decision.

04

Alpha tester licence

Approved alpha testers receive a personal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable 60-day licence to use the approved Protection Engine build for evaluation. Unless PipLynx confirms otherwise in writing, the licence supports one approved demo MT5 account and one approved live MT5 account. Strategy Engine features remain locked and are not included. Alpha software may be incomplete, contain defects, change without notice, or be withdrawn.

05

Account whitelisting and security

You must provide accurate MT5 login numbers and exact broker server names for accounts you own or are authorised to use. Never submit an MT5 master password, investor password, payment credential, API secret, or private key. Access may be restricted to approved account and server combinations. You must protect your devices, terminal, credentials, and downloaded files and notify PipLynx promptly of suspected unauthorised access.

06

Your responsibilities

Before using PipLynx on a live account, you must test it on a demo account, confirm compatibility with your broker and symbol specifications, understand every setting, maintain adequate margin and connectivity, monitor all open positions, and retain the ability to intervene manually. You are responsible for complying with applicable laws, broker agreements, prop-firm rules, tax obligations, and platform terms.

07

Licence restrictions

You may not sell, sublicense, share, publish, copy, redistribute, rent, lease, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, bypass licence controls, remove notices, probe security, introduce malicious code, misuse the Service, or use it to violate law or third-party rights. You may not provide the Service to another person or use unapproved accounts without written permission.

08

Third-party services

MetaTrader 5, MetaQuotes, brokers, hosting providers, networks, operating systems, and market-data providers are independent third parties. PipLynx does not control and is not responsible for their availability, pricing, execution, data, rules, security, acts, omissions, or failures. References to third-party names do not imply sponsorship or endorsement.

09

Availability, updates, and changes

The Service is provided on an “as available” basis. We may update, suspend, restrict, replace, or discontinue any build or feature for maintenance, security, compliance, testing, or product reasons. You may be required to install an update to continue using the Service. We may revise these Terms and will post the updated effective date. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.

10

Intellectual property

PipLynx and its software, branding, interfaces, documentation, designs, protection logic, and content are owned by PipLynx or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Except for the limited licence expressly granted in these Terms, no rights are transferred to you. Feedback may be used to improve the Service without restriction or payment, provided it does not disclose your confidential account information.

11

Disclaimer of warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of profitability, uninterrupted operation, error-free operation, fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, non-infringement, compatibility, execution, or loss prevention. Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty or right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

12

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PipLynx and its owners, personnel, contractors, and providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, exemplary, or consequential loss; loss of profit, trading capital, opportunity, data, goodwill, or use; broker actions; failed or delayed orders; or losses caused by market movement, slippage, gaps, outages, configuration, third-party systems, or unauthorised access. Where liability cannot be excluded, aggregate liability will be limited to the amount you paid for the Service during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim, or SGD 100 if you paid nothing, subject to rights that cannot lawfully be limited.

13

Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access immediately for security risk, misuse, breach, licence expiry, false account information, legal or broker requirements, or conduct that may harm users or the Service. On termination, your licence ends and you must stop using and delete the software. Provisions intended to survive termination—including risk, intellectual property, disclaimers, and liability—will survive.

14

Governing terms and disputes

These Terms, together with any applicable privacy notice and written licence confirmation, form the agreement between you and PipLynx concerning the Service. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. No waiver is effective unless given in writing. Governing law and the competent courts will be those stated in the final commercial entity details published before paid release; mandatory consumer rights in your place of residence remain unaffected.
